At A2Z Book Hub (a2zbookhub.in), we prioritize your transaction privacy and security. All digital payments are processed through our trusted payment partner, PhonePe Payment Gateway using bank-grade encrypted channels.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Through the official PhonePe Payment Gateway, we support multiple cashless payment options across India:
PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and Cred. Instant zero-fee checkout with QR scan or App intent.
Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, and American Express (all domestic cards supported).
Direct secure bank transfer supported across 50+ major public and private Indian banks.
PhonePe Wallet and other eligible partner payment wallets for one-tap checkout.
2. Transaction Security & Encryption
- Industry Security Standards: Payment processing is handled through PhonePe’s secure payment infrastructure and applicable security standards.
- 256-Bit SSL Encryption: Every communication between your browser and the payment checkout is protected using robust TLS/SSL security certificates.
- Financial Credential Privacy: A2Z Book Hub does not require you to share your full card number, CVV, OTP, or UPI PIN with us.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): All card and net banking transactions require direct verification via your bank OTP or UPI PIN for fraud prevention.
3. Payment Failures & Auto-Refund Resolution
If your bank account was debited but the order confirmation page did not load or showed failed:
This is a temporary banking reconciliation hold. The payment gateway and your bank automatically detect dropped sessions. In most cases, the debited amount is automatically reversed to the original payment source. Bank/payment-provider processing times may vary.
- Please check your bank/UPI transaction history for the unique UTR / Transaction Reference ID.
- If the amount is not credited back within 4 working days, share your payment reference details with us at a2zbookhub@gmail.com for instant gateway tracing.
4. Currency, Invoicing & Surcharges
- Billing Currency: All product prices and shipping charges on our platform are billed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR โน) inclusive of applicable GST.
- No Hidden Convenience Fees: We do not charge extra payment gateway fees or convenience surcharges for online prepaid orders.
- Digital Invoices: You will receive a GST-compliant digital invoice immediately after payment confirmation via email and in your My Account dashboard.
